Need advice on new graphics card...

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card in order to play "Battlefield Bad Company 2". Here are my current specs:

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 2.50Ghz
Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
4 GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT
Thermaltake TR2-430W Power Supply
Windows 7 64 Bit

I am looking to spend around $150 to $200. I assume I will need to upgrade my power supply as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy yourself a 5750 (4x faster then the 7600gt).
You will NOT need a power supply.

Edit : Try overclocking that e5200 cpu. It will do 3.0+ EASY!

Well first you could easily overclock your processor and get some "free" performance out of it. The card that Happy said is good and you won't have to upgrade your psu either.
