Need Advice On mounting A LCD

Trying to help a friend mount his lcd, i was looking at monoprice and saw something like this

He wants a mount like this with the arm and swivel, so he can view it from different heights and angles.

Now i know this mount is to small, since it only holds up to 30inches, but the mount the mount can also hold up to 66lbs while the tv is only 30ish pounds.

Can anybody recommend a mount for this tv? also does anybody have experience with monoprices's mounts? their insanely cheap compared to B&M Stores, but is it a "get what you pay for" type deal?

I have my 32" LCD mounted on this Peerless mount. Costco sells them for ~$90. I haven't used the Monoprice mounts, but this Peerless mount is quality and very easy to install.
