Need advice on MB and RAM for E6400

I'm building a computer for a friend and chose to use the E6400. I want to be able to OC to 3GHz, but not sure which motherboard and RAM to choose. I've read through the forums and seen several different suggested motherboards, but need to narrow it down to 1. Also, I'm confused as to which memory modules still use Micron D9 and which ones don't.

My budget is a soft $150 for the MB and a hard $250 for the RAM.

I think DS3/S3 for MB. RAM should be one of those on the list above.

Good memory will be above $250 easily.

You should be able to reach 3.2 with just about any DDR2-800 ram as 400FSB is running the ram at its spec. I got the cheapest stuff i could find and hit 3.2 with no problem. Going over that will require you to get the good stuff.
