Need advice on laser, waterjet, or die cutting services

You should probably be able to find a laser cutter locally. They usually take .DXF files, which are fairly universal. Also try not to make too many penetrations, the on/off cycle adds a lot of wear to both laser and water jet machines. I think this is fine for smaller runs though.
 
Water cutting is my preferred method.
Laser cutting is limited as to what metals you can use, some deform from the heat.
