Need advice on getting a stain out

I got this bad juice stain on my shirt. Any advice on how to rub it out?

try cold water and soap.

I remember when I spelt Gatorade all over my white shirt. I just left the shirt in a sink of cold water for the whole day, and threw it in the wash afterwards. Came out white

Don't lie... you probably really want to rub one out. Use vasaline or ky jelly. Okay... don't try to hide it by your wording.

I have heard that peroxide will get some stains out, but I never tried it because I wonder if it will bleach the cloth.
