Im looking for 2gb of DDR2, I do mainly gaming but do use photoshop and other apps.
What would be some good ram for the mobo, Ive heard its a little picky when it comes to ram? Is the latency (CAS) the main factor when buying ram or the bus speed?
I do not overclock, and dont intend to.

Do you intend to overclock?
If you do, you might want memory with Micron D9 chips.
If you don't, just buy a memory with low latency will be fine. DDR2 800 CAS 4.

BTW, Welcome to AT.
You might want to check about this on the CPU/Overclock section there quite a few topics about memory for overclock and low latency and Micron D9 chips.

More like no one likes recommend cheapo non-OCing RAM ;)

The G.Skill you mention is fine, but really, you can get any DDR2-533 to DDR2-800 pairs & do just fine if you don't OC.

Would ddr2-800 be faster than ddr2-533? What's the benefits to each?

Try the Patriot DDR2 667. I have the same MB and I have run the Patriot @DDR2 900 and above. I had problems with 2 different sets of the Corsair.
