Need advice on Anime Skintones for models

Hey all!

I have started painting my own anime models and have come to my most dreaded part...the fleshtone. I have done so many different mixtures that I had to go out and buy more paint like 4-5 times now (small bottles). I can't get the right color. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

PS-I am using Tamiya paints, but will also consider using others if you have a good idea.
 
Idon't know about skin, but you can paint the hair in any color EXCEPT naturally occuring colors. Blue and orange seem popular.

I see the color I want on your palette. It's the second color in the second column under skin. My problem is mixing that darn color. Grr...
