Need advice on an Ebay auction

1) Saw an ebay auction selling an item at what-look-like-a-price-mistake Buy-It-Now price.
2) The Buy-It-Now price is $10 and the item normally sell more than 100 to 400
3) Won the auction by buy it now.
4) Got an email from the seller next day saying it's a price mistake and they won't be able to sell me at that price

Now the seller has 105 feedback (98% positive) and has an Ebay Store.

What should i do?

on one hand i feel you are SOL. But the guy could had a chance to check it out before posting it.

complain to ebay. but i doubt you get anywhere.

I changed it to neutral because if he meant for that price and didn't sell it, then its bad. But if he made a slight mistake, forget about it. Try asking him if he will give you a discount or something instead.

Legally how? What law is that you're talking about?

An eBay auction is a legally binding contract. If he was so inclined he could take him to court.

hah well not REALLY but "by bidding you are entering a legaly binding contract with the bidder/seller" etc
