Need Advice On A P4 Motherboard Choice.

I'm upgrading my PC to a Intel Pentium 4. But I can't decide which motherboard to get. I'm interested in the ASUS P4T533-C, and the Intel D850EMV2. I've heard the ASUS has some problems with PC1066 ram. Is that ture? Or is the Intel board just a better choice? Please let me know what you think.

rdram are the fastest chipset available today, you can't go wrong with that!!
