I'm not sure if theres anyone here that can help me. I'm really excited about my new website(click link in sig), but I have no idea about how to start getting the word out about it. I'm not sure how it would be categorized in a search engine. Does anyone know of any websites that are similar to mine?

any website marketing tips at all would be appreciated!

Register it in all the main (also the "not so main&quot😉 search engines. Don't know how well they work but there are some programs/softwares that does exactly that.
 
some of the register for you services could help. i noticed that once i put my site in sig, i got a couple more hits. just gotta find a reason they want to come back.
 
Make sure you have meta tags in your home page. Submit to the top ten search engines. Don't be fooled into the services which claim they will submit to 7,000 search engines. All that will do is get you unlimited spam for years and years. Many of the bigger search engines are going to Pay, charging as much as $199 for a listing (Yahoo for example).
