Need advice: CUSL2-C with 866 PIII,keep looking for PCI

I just upgrade my system to CUSL-C 866PIII, it kept showing that the system has new PCI hardware when starting windows2000
AGP slot: graphics board
PCI#2 PCI modem (driver already installed)
That's all I have on PCI,
Then I went into device manager, it show ?? under "other devices"
The reason I did't put modem on PCI #1 is that it's too close to Graphics card (with fan).

Appreciate any comments.

That's probably the i815E Firmware Security Hub. Make sure that you install the latest Chipset inf Drivers.
