Need advice concerning purchasing a new pre-built (New to this)

Had a look at the build you've linked. Not bad at all for the cash, I guess the reduced price comes from having an HDD instead of SSD, mid-range mobo and a pair of non-descript RAM sticks however the RX480 paired with an i5 should give you a smooth gaming experience. Everything I've mentioned before is more to do with loading speed than actual framerate. If you get a bit of cash later down the road, get an SSD and you'll feel like it's a whole new PC, I guarantee it.

Thanks for the feedback, the first part i was planning to upgrade down the road was the storage to an ssd anyway
 
No problem at all, seems like a good base to upgrade on, just don't think about OC on that motherboard.
