Need advice.. acne?

Now.. I had a little acne when I was younger.. 14-16. I'm now almost 20 and I get a pimple or two every once in awhile on my face.. no big deal.

Problem is--I have it on my shoulders and back. Normally I wouldn't care but this really affects me as I want to go to the beach and swim and whatnot, and I feel disgusting. It's not a buncha white or black heads, but it's a buncha red spots mainly. I'd like to clear it up. Over a few dermatologist appointments I've received the following perscriptions: Differin Gel, Cleocin T gel, and Minicin.

My skin in general is kind of oily but kind of dry. When I get out of the shower i use a cream on parts of my face because it gets dry/flakey. But if i don't wash it after a day it's all oily. Rest of my body is okay really, my back seems normal.. not overly dry or moist. (Maybe it's from sitting in a chair all day?)

I dunno, but I'm wondering if you guys know which one would be best for treatment of the back. TIA.

Use some of the drugs your dermatolagist gave you, fool. 😉 Of those, I've used Differin, and it's excellent. Another one exactly like it is Retin-A Micro, same stuff, different company, less $$$ for it though.
