Need advice about power supply choice

I'm building my 1st rig, so I'm a bit unsure of what to do. I just want a standard rig (no OCing, not a mega-gamer, etc.) and the issue of power supply has come up. I've decided on getting the Cooler Master Centurion 5 and I'm not sure if I should get the case with bundled 380W PS at $75 or get the case without power supply ($50) and add on the Fortron Source AX400-PN 400W power supply for $40 for a $90 total. Is it that much harder to combine an unrelated power supply and case, and would the rig be better off with a seperate PS? Also, would there be enough power connections to handle the components listed below?

Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 nForce4 ATX MOBO
2x512MB PC3200 RAM
Athlon 3200+ Venice Socket 939
eVGA GeForce 6600GT 128MB PCIx16
Seagate Barracuda 120GB SATA150 7200RPM
NEC ND-3520 16x DVD-RW DL
Samsung 1.44 Floppy Drive

You are probably better off getting the Fortron seperately since you don't know the other psu vendor. Peace of mind is worth $15.

You almost never get good (and/or current design) PSUs in combos. There are some exceptions: AOpen, Compucase and Antec usually include decent PSUs. But even there they are often old designs without adequate Amperage on the +12 rail(s) and too much on the +5V rail (which is the case with the CM you linked). So most often the best way is to get a case w/o PSU and get a good PSU that is well matched to your system configuration (plus a bit of margin for updates in the future).

OK, so getting the seperate PS is good, but is the Fortron Source AX400-PN mentioned earlier good enough for my humble rig?

That is one of the better value PSUs out there right now. If I had the money, I'd go for the FSP400-60GLN or the similar Silverstone Strider with active PFC and full-range AC tolerance. I think those features are worth the money - others differ.
