need advice about buying a card for my old PC

Buying a vid card for my old AMD 2800 today. I was looking at getting either the ASUS AH3650 Radeon HD 3650 512MB or the SAPPHIRE 100258L Radeon HD 3650 512MB.

The Asus is $89 with a $20 mail in rebate. The Sapphire is $85. Normally I would just get the Asus since it's cheaper but the core clock speed for the Sapphire is 800mhz while the Asus is 725mhz. Is it that big of a difference? The only problem I've read about the Asus is that it's a 2 slot monster that some people had problems installing it. My old vid card was a HIS IceQ 9800 pro so I have to slots for it.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Asus. Sapphire charges a fee if you have to RMA their cards, even if defective. And you can overclock the Asus yourself using atitool or rivatuner.
