I'm looking to buy a good wireless mouse/keyboard combination for <$100. I want the mouse to come with a recharger so I don't have to go through the pain of replacing batteries too often. The logitech and microsoft sets usually don't appeal to me much (I'm used to my nice, compact laptop keyboard), but I can't find many alternatives. Bells and whistles aren't important to me, just good performance and comfort.

Thanks

I believe only Logitech uses the recharger pod. With that said I think the mx5000, lx600 or 700 was it? and the discontinued mx700 duo would be your only choices.

I have the logitech dinovo 2.0 combo and in my mind it was worth every penny. It's a nice and quiet keyboard, so far have had no problems (then again, I avoided installing the setpoint software). I even spilled coffee literally all over both the media pad and the keyboard the other day, still no problems. Also, you never realize how handy it is to have a calculator built right into the number pad, I never thought I'd use it, but now can't get enough of it.

It's a bit pricey, but I highly recommend it.
