need a video game title, help please ?

This was a arcade game that i used to play while i was assigned in Korea... similar to Tetris, but in 3-d (sorta). Same concept, but you were dropping the pieces down a well, looking down the shaft from the top, thus the 3d effect. I'm trying to find out the title (and get a copy to play on a PC, if it's available). If anyone has any clue, could you please help me out?

Years ago I bought a three-pack of Tetris based games for my 286 (!)...
-Tetris
-a variation that was assembling faces (eyes, hair, noses, etc) called Facetris
-and the third was called Weltris - and sounds very similar to the one you are asking about...

All three were by Alexey Pajitnov.

Hey, I know exactly what you're looking for! The game is called Block Out, by American Technos. I have it on my old computer at my folks' house. You can find it around, I'm sure. My version was an arcade rom, using the MAME emulator. Killer game!
