Need a Topic for my speech class!! Help!

Okay i need some serious suggestions on a topic for
INFORMATIVE speech. I was thinking something computer-related because it's a subject i am comfortable with and it's easier for me to research and learn.

BUT, other subjects i have considered are the history of computers, history of television and history of aviation. All 3 are topics that i am rather familiar with.

8 minutes and yeah history of aviation does sound interesting and i might go for it. I considered doing history of television ONLY cuz i recently learned about it in another class so it was familiar.
