Need a suggestion for a decent case @ decent price...

I'm looking to upgrade in a month or so, but I need to find a decent case and power supply at a decent anandtech price.

I saw the deal for the staples Antec case, but $110-$130.00 for a case and PS really seems like a lot of money, especially if I'm not planning on doing any extreme overclocking. Is it simply worth it to get that $100+ case?

Thanks

just got a antec 1030B from newegg - $106 shipped (better than the staples deal, remember tax)

absolutely a great case -
lots of great features
last case you'll ever need to buy

heavy (which i like)
big (also like that)

Only comes with a 300W PS? The staples one comes with a 430W PS...and is $110.00 shipped...hmm.

staples has the antec 1035b (350 watt psu) 129.99 - (20 off 100 coupon) + 5% tax = ~$115.00 -linky

staples has antec 1080B (430 watt psu) 160.99 - (30 of 150 coupon) + 5% tax = ~ $136.50 - linky

if you've got some great price match/coupon deal you should post it on the hot deals forum.

in my experience, online staples, and my local staples will not pm and then let you add a coupon on.

the best bang for the buck that i came up with was newwegg/ 1030B - $106 total shipped to the door.

Antecs are great cases but you don't need to spend $100 to get a nice case. I use Enlights and InWins for most of the systems I build and they are very decent cases. Not quite as built and roomy as an Antec, but nice cases in all other respects. You should be able to get either for about $65 shipped from newegg.
