I'm almost POSITIVE this is a Herbie Hancock song from the 80's

it sounds all electronic-like, without words, and it's similar to the song "Rockit" from the Zoolander soundtrack. It was very popular about the same time Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry Be Happy" came out.
