Need a software solution..

I work for a small IT company and we are looking for a software package that contains; CRM, scheduling for outside techs, and tickets for outside tech work as well as inside shop work orders.

Something that runs PHP/MySQL would be ideal so we can modify it to fit our needs

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
