Need a small ATX case recommendation

I'm turning one of my first self-built PCs into a file server, based off of the BH6 and an overclocked Celeron. Unfortunately, I've abused the poor case along the way, and I want to go with a smaller shell, if at all possible. Here are my requirements:

Holds a BH6 (ATX, but somewhat small ... if I can remember correctly)
At least 2, but no more than 3, external 5.25" bays (two removable HD racks and mebbe one LCD panel)
No internal 3.5" bays necessary
No more than 1 external 3.5" bay
Desktop or tower (it will likely sit on the floor)
Any semi-decent PSU
Front-mounted USB & IR ports would be great bonuses

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Here's one I pulled off pricewatch just now, should wind up about $30 with shipping. Aaronix rates 6.8 at Resellerratings, I've dealt with them too--no complaints.

Very nice. I may go for two for that price. I've bought from this vendor a few years ago without any problems.

Thanks!

I'd go for a Cheiftec. The first one on the page is what you're looking for, I think. It's the exact same thing as the Antec only cheaper. Both are really Chen Ming cases.
