Need a secure adminstrator auto login script with user generated information submit.

Any idea where I could go to have an automated script(s) created so that I can have a customer visit a website, fill in their information, hit submit and have then have the administrators login/PW inputted to make changes to the customer account automatically?

It's for an independent wireless dealer.

What's the front end? What's the back end? details please.

Front end would be a website. Everything is done through a web portal. I am not sure what is running behind the portal.
