I've resurrected this thread because I still need a place. My requirements are a bit more relaxed though... I can do an apartment with 3bdr, 2bth, and an attached garage as well.. I'm looking for suggestions of places you either live, or you know the owner/manager. Newspaper ads and web ads I've already got. Thanks!!!
Around the end of February I'll be relocating with my company to Englewood, CO. The office is located near the interchange of i25 and sr470.
Since my credit sucks and I don't have any cash for a down payment, I can't buy a place and need to find a house for rent somewhere in that area. Preferably in the Englewood or Aurora areas, though I'll look at others.
I'm really not finding all that much online. And my experience in SoCal has been that generally the places found online are more expensive than those found word-of-mouth. So this is my plea to anyone in the area.
I'll be staying at the Inverness starting on the 4th through the 10th to do our job open house and so will be available to meet owners or agents and look at places during that time.
If you know of anybody personally who has a house for rent, please PM me!

Garage
No more than 20 miles from Centennial Airport
$1000 a month, give or take. Less is better obviously. 😉
I have no pets, only wife and 2 kids. My kids are 12 years apart and different sexes so need their own rooms. The 4th bedroom is for an office since my wife is disabled and needs a place to try to work from home.
