need a reliable website hosting company

i am currently being hosted by www.yrhost.com, the people who run this are extremely arrogant. they took my web site down for no reason and didnt even tell me. now, i got critical emails backing up and i cant get to them.

needless to say, this is not good. can anyone recommed a reliable website hosting company.. they need to have a telephone # for contact as well, this place only had a number in asia.. useless to me.

Telnap seems to do well for members around here. Prices are good, and uptime/service is good. Run by a fellow ATOT member (DeviousTrap).
