Need a recommendation for comfortable work shoes

I start my new job in two weeks. It's business causal, and I've worked jobs before with that dress code, but this one is slightly different. Rather than be in an office for part of the day, I'll be out on what is essentially a shop floor for the entire day. I have a desk, but according to the other guys I work with, I'll never actually be at it. We have company-issued laptops and just set those up where we work.

Since it's a shop floor, it's concrete. I was there for a few days a month ago and it became obvious that I need some new shoes for work. I have a pair of Doc Martens boots that were fine, but they're not really dressy enough for work. I wore a pair of Sketchers oxfords one day and my feet were killing me by the end of the day.

I need something comfortable and long lasting, plus they need to look good. I've heard good things about Red Wing shoes, plus there's a store around the corner from where I live, so I may try them out. Any other suggestions would be great. Price isn't a huge factor, but I don't want to pay more than $200/pair for them (since I need a brown and black pair).

Those the Phenomenons - Boggler style. I have both Black and Brown (or Chocolate). They are great, and they are dressy enough to wear with slacks or khakis.
They're Alley Cats I think - I hardly ever wear them and bought them probably 6 years ago now. They're dressy enough for work, but they didn't pass the "standing on concrete for long periods of time" test in my opinion.

Don't let the fact that rap singers wear them scare you away ;)
