Need a recommendation for barebone mini PC for about 250 US$

Hi,
I have space issues in the apartment so I need to buy a mini PC that will replace my old full size PC (based on AMD phenom II x955).
I will use the mini PC for Internet browsing, working on documents, listening to music and watching 1080P movies. I'm not playing video games !
My budget is about 250 US$ for barebone.
It's very important that there will be a good WiFi, preferable with an external antenna.
It's not a must but it will be great if the device is VESA mountable.

Look up the ASRock DeskMini H110M-STX 110W mini-STX barebones PC. I'm using a pair of them, driving a pair of 40" 4K UHD TVs.
