need a really easy photo resizer

i need to resize my jepg photos from my digital camera, my trial for paint shop pro 10 expired so im looking for some good freeware or something that will let me do this easily..just a basic program thanks

Irfanview is excellent - also Picasa 2 will do that easily. I have PSP X, but I don't reduce my JPG images for emailing with it. Too complex and layered. I use my old, vintage HiJaak Pro 5.whatever. It has always done that very well.
