Need a program to record CPU load over time

I'm looking for a program that will log CPU load % and (preferably among what processes the load is spread) periodically over a period of time. OS in question is Windows 2000. Any suggestions?

Doesn't a built in windows utility Performance Monitor do that? It was built in to Windows NT but since I took that MCSE class, I haven't used it much.
