need a program to download .mp3 files off a web page

First of all this is not a illegal website i payed to download them.
the thing is the mp3/s are lined up by letters a b c ect.ect. now is there a program that i can use to download them all one by one automaticly i'm trying to make a collection but also i need to input a user name and password so i can download them so the program needs to have this.
