making a image, or I need a win98 boot disk image, so I need that image and a program to create the disk.

Its hardware related because my bootdisk is fuct, it says that it has 16gb of data on it.
 
if you need a win98 boot disk, goto control panel -> add/remove program -> boot disc and make one from there.
 
cant, I only have a win2000 machine and a machine with an empty hd. And if I had a win9x machine here I would just format a: /s /q and then I have a boot disk
