Need a program for building a playlist...

Hey Folks,
Need a program for building a playlist on my computer and then loading it on my Android cell, what would you recommend?

Sounds funny but I have tried a few already and I am having zero luck in doing do. I can make a playlist and even transfer songs to my cell but the programs that I have tried will not transfer the playlist itself.

I think i may have a solution for this. Simply check this reddit out. It'll help because its a huge discussion on the topic. And i myself have used google music to create playlists but never to sync such as this. Nevertheless, it'll help. Try perusing through other suggestions if it doesnt work.
