Going by what you've listed already... I would suggest Game of Thrones on HBO, it's just about to start its first season this Sunday. It looks like it will be damn good, and I am going to be watching it.

Another series I recommend, although it may not correlate with the shows you've listed already, is Boardwalk Empire. They've only done one season so far, with the second starting early this summer (late June I think).

Furthermore and again, I'm not sure if it's your type of show, but I HIGHLY recommend The Sopranos as well as Entourage.

Yes, I am a huge fan of HBO series' ... they are just so well made/written/produced/etc... to me, they are nearly impossible not to love.

Netflix recently put the original run of Twilight Zone on IW. I've been watching that as of late.

Judging by the shows he listed I don't think he'd like anything on AMC.

Why not? Weeds for example comes kinda sorta close to BB in a way the Sun is close to the Earth, but still.

Also, I didn't think I would like Mad Men until I started watching it and followed no shows quite like it before giving it a try.
