Need a new soldering iron

I could use an upgrade on my soldering iron - I need it for electronics, and specifically, I knocked a piece off of a 360 motherboard that looks solderable....I hope.

I could use a better iron anyways, but I need one that can have tips that are reaaaaaallllly fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Tips for the 15 watt iron. You might like the 8-X or 8-G for especially fine work.

I have an OKI PS-900. Really amazing iron, heats up instantly, and maintains temperature 100% of the time.

They're really expensive though normally, $250, but I got it for $60 on ebay.

The tips are interchangeable on it. There's hundreds of them, all rated for different temperatures and all kinds of sizes.
