LCD Guide

Both have a VGA input. At the very least, I would save up some money to get one with a DVI input. For example, the VA 712b has a DVI input, and can be had from TigerDirect for $240. (The VA 702b is $227 at NewEgg.)

It does not really answer your questions, it is just my opinion.

I do appreciate the input. The problem is I cant save up. My monitor is so dim right now I have to squint at the screen to read it.

Thanks again.

Viewsonic..although I have This Acer. Love it. Colors are crisp and works just as good if not better than my 17" crt during gaming.

Or This one for a little bit more

Just read the third post, I'd go with the Viewsonic because it has better features like auto image adjust and sRGB.

Next time when you have more money though, DVI and Height Adjustable Stand is a must.

cool.

And see if you can order from Dell - they have a no questions asked return policy just in case you get dead pixels.
