Need a new monitor for my ps4?

Kind of need a new monitor because my tv currently from 6 years ago is about to die,color is fading.Any suggetions on a monitor under 100 dollars i really on a tight budget and was looking this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S8W8QMG/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza but it isn't 1080p.does that really matter? thanks

PS4 will only do between 30 and 60 fps in most situations anyway, so going for 75hz isn't really doing you any favors.
