Need a movie title.

What better place to ask then the font of all knowledge; ATOT.

It's a science fiction film, set in a world where they must live under an environmental dome because the outside world is contaminated, and populated by mutants.

They have a quasi-military organization that ventures out in to the world, and one member of the team is a half-mutant who is in constant pain. The inhabitants of the dome have embedded crystals that are different colors, and these colors must match for a man and a woman to be legally allowed to play hide the sausage.

Anybody know the name of this one?
