need a motherboard...

I need a motherboard that:

Is a decent brand
Is about $120 or less
Supports Athlon XP 1800 (at least)
Uses DDR RAM
At least 5 PCI slots

I have a sound card, network card, and video card, so I dont need those onboard

Now, I would like an ATA controller onboard, so I have 4 IDE ports (8 devices) but, most boards have onboard RAID. I have no interest or need for RAID, so if theres a motherboard out there with onboard RAID, BUT can be used as standard ATA with no RAID functionality (mirroring and striping or whatever) If something like that doesnt exist, I can just buy a pci ATA card. thanx

actually, onboard nForce or something might be nice. Im upgrading my current comp and right now have an nvidia tnt2. maybe I can save some money (im not a gamer, so I dont need a fancy geforce4)

The only board I know of that has on-board ability to handle 8 independent IDE devices is the Soyo K7V Dragon+. I think it will run you about $140 though.
