need a macro program - one that clicks non-stop

I have something for Windows applications (can't remember the name) but it's just not going to work with a game.

it actually have nothing to do with the game
however, being able to enable it and disable it at anytime by pressing something like Alt+E and Alt+D is a crucial factor.
