Need a little vid card help

I have an AMD 1700xp, 256k ddr ram and a gainward ti4600 video card. I ran the 3dmark benchmark and scored a 7300. Am I wrong or is that a pretty low score for this card? If it is a low score what could be the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

1) What drivers are you using?
2) BIOS version?
3) Latest motherboard drivers?

What motherboard and OS do you have & did you also check FSAA is off in Nvidia display properties panel ?

Man, I went over that post like 5 times before i posted it to make sure it didn't say anything dumb too.
I'm using det drivers 29.42
latest bios for Msi k7t266 pro2
and the latest via 4 in 1 drivers.

that is real low for that rig, but a respectable score.

I get 8000 with a 8500LE, Athlon Tbird 1.33ghz, and 256meg DDR.

Like Mem said, make sure in advanced display properties fsaa is turned off. That could hurt your score a fair bit.

You could also try reinstalling the 29.42 drivers,there was another thread where another guy had a low score with his GF card & reinstalling the drivers solved his problem and increased his score back to normal.
