Need a little help with new rig

I am building a new system and have done some research and here are the components i plan to use, please tell me if anything i am using can be replaced with a component to give me some better bang for my buck or any advice in general will be appreciated

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice (will try to overclock to about 2.7ghz)

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard

OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel
Platinum System Memory

Antec NeoPower 480W Power Supply

ANTEC P180 Case

2X WD Raptors 74gb in raid 0 (I will buy some 250gb hd for storage a little later)

nvidia 6800GT

THERMALRIGHT XP-90 Heatsink

looks good but raptors dont offer very much speed increase. its basicly a waste
