Need a little help with IE7

I just got IE7 Beta 3, and I quite like it. Much easier on the eyes and it gives me the impression of a bigger screen. Only, I can't find my 'favourites' button and all at all.. Help?

I'm in vista beta right now, which has IE7. The favorites button is the yellow star underneath the back button, and the yellow + adds the current page to the favorites. Print is over to the right side, to the left of the tools droptdown, and home is a couple buttons left of that. Refresh and stop are on the right side of the address bar. And so far the only way I've seen to get to file, edit, etc is to hit the alt key.

I have IE7B3 with both the Menu bar and the Tab line.

Try to do a Ctrl T to generate a new tab

Didn't work.. Maybe I suck at IE7? 😛

Or maybe it is a totally different version of IE7, because Ctrl-T opens a tab for me, and has all that stuff that was listed by me and the others. I know I'm using IE7 because the help > About says so.

I'm thinking I still like firefox better though, unfortunately it doesn't work in 64-bit vista

had this same problem with IE7 beta 3. uninstalled it cause i had the EXACT problem you're having. i was thinking it was google toolbar and how it might have been incompatible with IE7, but i uninstalled it and the menu bars wouldnt go away.

of course, i was still using firefox. firefox memory leaks wont affect you much if you have 1GB of ram or more...

I have 2GB, but I use other apps in the background that are highly memory intensive. Heh, the merits of dual core..
