Need a little explanation on 800MHZ FSB

Another newbie question from me ^^,
I recently got an MSI 875P neo Fis2R motherboard. Which is supposed to be 800MHZ FSB. But when i load up the COreCenter software(MSI's monitoring software), it says 200MHZ FSB.
ALong with my 3ghz, its calcualted as 200x 15 = 3ghz . Is there something wrong? or is there something i don't know? plz help

P4 bus is quad pumped.

200 x 4 = 800 = 800 fsb chip
133 x 4 = 533 = 533 fsb chip
100 x 4 = 400 = 400 fsb chip
