Don't over-drop-shadow stuff on something that small. It'll only make it less legible.

You're probably not leaving enough room in the design for longer names. John Smith will look fine there, but Magnús Eyjafjallajokull probably won't fit. I'd also use just one of the two logos, not both. If someone insists both be there, maybe use a light tint of the gator as a background.

I'd also straighten the line at the top.

Edit: also, broadway is a horrible font for titles, and for any sort of reversed type. The ultrathin portions of the lettering disappears visually, leaving just the jumble of thicker strokes.

On fonts, using sans serif fonts with fairly consistent stroke widths is best for knockout situations (where the type is lighter than it's background).

I used Franklin gothic there.
