My friend is coming to the states for a few months and asked me about getting prepaid / pay-as-you-go service for his unlocked AT&T iPhone 4 (or 4s). I haven't had to deal with these services in the US, and from what I can find it seemed more straight forward when I lived overseas, so can anyone tell me if any carriers offer the following for an AT&T iphone (price is not a concern):
talk

data/web
international calling
no-contract
Do prepaid plans require a US credit card?
Are the pay-as-you-go plans the ones that use the scratch-off / top-up cards you can buy at drug stores and bodegas? Do these plans support data? It didn't appear data was an option on the t-mobile site.
