Need a Link to resubscribe to forum

My Subscription is quickly running out does I cannot seem to find the link to resubscribe to the forum. I would appreciate it if someone could give me a pointer

I haven't been able to figure it out either, it's quite clear that in less than 3 weeks I'll be banished to the free servers, but there's no "fix this problem now" link.
