I am trying to change the appearance of all my icons, I have a set of icons I want to use but the only ones i can figure out how to change, are desktop, network, and the recycle bin.. How do i change the appearance of all other icons?

Also, how would one go about creating their own screen theme program
 
Open up 'My Computer', choose, View, choose options, choose File Types, choose the file type you want to accociate the icon with and change the icon using that option!
