This is probably the right answer. How hard is the "shucking" process? I don't have a spudger or anything. I'm still nervous about the helium leaking out too.

I just used a flat head screwdriver to shuck the last few Seagate external drives. It was pretty easy. Since I didn't want to reuse the case, I just went to town on the plastic enclosure.
