Need a HSF for a 939pin,will any athlon64 fit or?

Not to many HSF listed out there that say they are for 939pin. Do the 64s have a different mounting system then the athlon xp . Looking at the pictures it seems that some of them do. It's going to be on a asus A8V MB.
 
I have the Swiftech 6400. Its hefty (weight and $) but if your after silence it can't be beat 🙂
