i have the 7000 version in alum/copper and it does a great job, really quiet and nice :)
if you will be moving the ase a lot get the Al/Cu version of the 7700, otherwise the copper will make up to 2*C difference in temps. Also, make sure it fits, the 7000 is only just fitting my Neo2 because of fowling the agp slot :)

Also look at the Thermalright XP90 (or 120 if your board can fit it). These have the lowest thermal resistance of all the current heatsinks out there.

If you don't plan to overclock and you want QUIET (and don't mind a bit higher temps), go with the Zalman.

HTH.

you should buy it at the place i linked or somewhere not newegg for this (their price is really high)- there is a big price difference and svc is a reputable dealer.
anyway, you will need a 92 mm fan
check out any of these

Some arctic silver and a 92mm fan. I believe that thermalright, suggests using a Panaflow (panasonic) fan.

Dang foofoo, SVC prices ARE better. $30 for an x90 and $7 for a sunon fan
Thanks for the recommendation.
